SnapSense AI is a local, privacy-focused assistant that transforms screenshots into intelligent, actionable reminders. The tool continuously monitors a user-selected folder in real time, detecting newly added screenshots in popular formats such as PNG, JPG, BMP, and GIF. Once a new screenshot is detected, it is analyzed by a multimodal AI vision model (Google Gemini) to extract structured information including dates, times, events, tasks, links, prices, codes, and other critical details. SnapSense AI then generates structured reminders that are delivered instantly via desktop notifications and optionally pushed to Telegram with interactive reminder buttons for flexible scheduling (e.g., 10 seconds, 1 hour, tomorrow, or next week). The system also intelligently parses ISO-8601 dates, handles time zones, schedules follow-up alerts, and can automatically create calendar events for detected meetings or travel. By combining AI-powered OCR, automated reminder scheduling, duplicate detection, and multi-channel notifications, SnapSense AI removes the need for manual note-taking or constant task tracking. Users simply capture a screenshot, and the tool interprets it, organizes the information, and ensures they never miss important events or deadlines. Its privacy-first, local-first design keeps sensitive data secure while providing an intelligent, productivity-enhancing workflow for individuals and professionals alike.
