The Problem: In critical care, data is fragmented. Surgeons and doctors are forced to synthesize messy clinical notes, imaging, and patient histories under extreme time pressure. Current AI "co-pilots" rely on public clouds, creating massive HIPAA liabilities by transmitting live patient data off-site. The Solution: AEGIS Omni is an Autonomous Examination Guardian & Intelligence System. It acts as a 7-agent medical board that oversees the entire clinical workflow locally, securely, and in real-time. Unlike reactive voice assistants, AEGIS is proactive. It features: 1. The Scribe: Extracts critical entities from raw medical dictation. 2. The Guardian: A deterministic safety net that prevents fatal drug-allergy interactions. 3. The Sentinel: Monitors live patient telemetry to predict deterioration trajectories. 4. The Vision Agent: Cross-references text with medical imaging. 5. The Arbiter: A consensus engine that resolves conflicts between specialist agents. The AMD Advantage: We built AEGIS specifically to run on AMD MI300X infrastructure. By utilizing local, open-source models on high-performance AMD hardware, hospitals can achieve sub-second, real-time surgical intelligence without ever transmitting Protected Health Information (PHI) to a public cloud. AEGIS proves that true medical AI must be secure, autonomous, and running on-premise.
