India has over 1 million registered pharmacies, yet most still run on paper records, manual billing, and zero inventory intelligence. Pharmacy owners lose money daily to expired medicines, billing errors from misread prescriptions, and stock confusion. No affordable, practical solution exists that actually fits how they work. Aushadhi Vault is an AI-powered pharmacy management platform built for Indian medical stores. It combines vision AI, agentic inventory monitoring, and smart billing into one system that any pharmacy owner can use without technical expertise. At its core is a prescription scanning pipeline powered by Llama 3.2 Vision running on AMD Instinct MI300X via ROCm. A pharmacist captures any handwritten prescription — the vision model reads it, extracts every medicine name, dosage, and quantity, and auto-generates a bill with inventory deducted in seconds. No manual typing, no errors, no delays. A LangChain-powered inventory agent runs daily in the background — flagging medicines nearing expiry, identifying critically low stock, analyzing sales patterns, and producing actionable reorder suggestions before problems happen. The backend is built with FastAPI and SQLite, exposing clean REST endpoints for billing, restocking, and analytics. Owners get full visibility into revenue trends, top-selling medicines, and stock health from one dashboard. What makes Aushadhi Vault different is that AI is not a feature — it is the core workflow. Vision inference and agent reasoning run entirely on AMD MI300X via ROCm, making it powerful and cost-efficient at scale. Built to start with one store. Designed to scale into many.
