AI is already making decisions that affect real people. Most of it has no audit trail. No governance layer. No accountability when it's wrong. That's not a compliance problem. It's a structural one. I built Gatekeeper and the Sentient Infrastructure Protocol (SIP) to fix it — a deterministic execution gate that sits between an AI model and the real world. Every decision becomes traceable, bounded, and defensible before it touches anything that matters. Currently deployed as the governance backbone for a live consumer hardware product. Not a demo. Not a concept. Running in production. Oak & Sparrow builds governance infrastructure for AI systems operating in high-stakes environments. If your product makes autonomous decisions you can't explain, audit, or defend, that's a liability you haven't priced yet. I'm taking on a small number of clients right now. Let's talk.

Oak-Sparrow-OS is a deterministic governance kernel that runs on Android. It sits between an AI agent and the actions the agent wants to take on a phone, evaluating every proposed action before execution. The kernel uses numeric threshold logic (gamma, entropy, divergence), not a language model checking itself. Every decision is signed with Ed25519 and sealed in a content-addressed audit log that is byte-deterministic and replayable. Three verdict states. APPROVED for safe routine actions, signed and logged. PAUSED for actions requiring user confirmation, gate fail-closed until explicit approval. BLOCKED for destructive or out-of-policy actions, the plan never reaches execution. Eight Kotlin modules form the base kernel (core, gate, attestation, audit, metrics, calibration, adversarial suite, shared fixtures). Two governance layers above: plan-governance evaluates whole plans before any step runs, plan-metrics scores the audit log in real time. Android integration on top: perception via accessibility services, voice chat UI, agent replaces Google Assistant. Composable defense in depth. Upstream: Veea Lobster Trap inspects prompts before they reach the LLM. Midstream: Gemini Flash for fast action planning, Gemini Pro for advanced reasoning and vision-based UI, Claude Opus as fallback, on-device Qwen3-4B for offline. Downstream: the kernel decides whether the action is permitted. Parallel: behavioral anomaly detection adapted from planetary technosignature detection watches for circumvention attempts.
