THE PROBLEM In the Qubic ecosystem (15.5M TPS), whale transactions dictate market trends. Manual monitoring is impossible, and existing tools only show raw data on websites. By the time traders see a whale move, the opportunity is gone. Traders need proactive, intelligent alerts. THE SOLUTION Quantum Sentinels is a fully automated 24/7 surveillance system delivering intelligent, actionable alerts directly to traders' phones via Telegram the moment a whale moves. We transform traders from reactive to proactive. HOW IT WORKS Built in 36 hours with enterprise-grade architecture: 1. Blockchain Monitoring (Python Backend): A 24/7 Flask API connects to Qubic's RPC V2, monitoring every tick for transactions exceeding 5 billion QUBIC. 2. Workflow Automation (Make.com): Orchestrates the entire process—fetching data, iterating transactions, triggering alerts—every 15 minutes with zero manual intervention. 3. AI Analysis (OpenAI GPT-5.1): Each whale transaction is analyzed for context, market impact prediction, and trader recommendations. 4. Instant Delivery (Telegram): Professionally formatted alerts with emojis and Markdown are pushed instantly. KEY FEATURES - Real-Time Detection: Never miss a whale movement - AI-Powered Insights: Understand what, why, and how to react - Instant Telegram Alerts: Intelligence delivered in seconds - 24/7 Automated Operation: Your market watchman that never sleeps - Scalable & Cost-Effective: Serves the community for <$0.03/month WHAT'S NEXT Our vision: become the Bloomberg Terminal of crypto whale intelligence. Phase 1 (Launch): Beta program and community feedback Phase 2 (Scale): Pro tier ($9.99/mo) with premium features, expand to 5+ blockchains (ETH, BTC, SOL) Phase 3 (Enterprise): API access and predictive analytics for institutions Quantum Sentinels is more than a tool—it's a new standard for retail crypto trading intelligence. Join us, and never be a step behind the whales again.

Our goal was to build an AI agent using IBM watsonx Orchestrate to automate new employee onboarding. We developed a custom backend API and OpenAPI specification to enable the agent to create employee accounts. Despite rigorous testing and validation, we encountered a persistent 404 error when the platform attempted to call our custom tool. This issue persisted even in the official hackathon environment provided by IBM. Our project demonstrates deep platform analysis, elite-level debugging skills, and production-ready components. While we didn't achieve a working demo, we delivered comprehensive documentation of a critical platform flaw, which we believe provides invaluable feedback for IBM's product team.
