ArcPay is an intelligent financial infrastructure layer designed to solve the "Financial Orphan" problem for AI agents. While modern LLMs can plan complex tasks, they lack a native, human-readable way to manage assets and execute payments autonomously. Our solution integrates Circle’s Developer-Controlled Wallets to provide secure, server-side transaction signing, allowing agents to move value without manual oversight. By leveraging the Arc Network’s native USDC gas architecture, we eliminate the friction of managing multiple tokens, enabling sub-second, cost-effective settlement. The "brain" of ArcPay is Google Gemini 1.5 Flash, which acts as an automated Transaction Auditor. It parses raw on-chain data into plain-English summaries, providing transparency for non-technical users. Additionally, we use jsPDF to generate professional, AI-summarized receipts, ensuring enterprise-grade compliance for every autonomous trade.
