About me

Muhammad Zohaib is a Bioinformatics undergraduate from Pakistan with a strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and biomedical data analysis. His work focuses on applying ML to real-world healthcare and research problems, particularly using gene expression and biological datasets. He has hands-on experience in data preprocessing, feature engineering, model development, cross-validation, explainability, and project deployment. His recent work includes machine learning-based breast cancer subtype classification using gene expression data, along with other practical AI projects aimed at solving real problems. Through hackathons, he aims to build impactful AI applications and agents that combine research value, usability, and high-performance computing on modern GPU infrastructure.
