Modexia AI: The "Chief Operating Agent" for the Autonomous Enterprise Modern enterprises are paralyzed by the "Silo Tax." HR systems don't talk to Finance ledgers, and Operational safety manuals sit unread in PDF folders. Humans waste 30% of their time bridging these gaps, leading to revenue leakage and compliance risks. Modexia AI is the solution. Built on IBM watsonx Orchestrate, we have created a hierarchical "Master-Servant" architecture that acts as a digital nervous system for your business. The Master: A "Chief Operating Agent" that understands high-level intent. The Servants: Specialized sub-agents that interface with your Structured Data (SQL/APIs) and Unstructured Knowledge (PDFs/SOPs). To demonstrate this, we deployed Modexia AI into a simulated Pan-African ISP, "Modexia Net." We proved that the agent could autonomously cross-reference an Overdue Invoice API with a PDF Billing Policy to deny a service upgrade—protecting revenue without human intervention. Modexia AI doesn't just answer questions; it enforces business logic, manages complex workflows, and turns your static documents into active decision-makers.
