CodePod is an AI-powered national inclusion platform designed to unlock opportunities for People of Determination across the UAE. The UAE has thousands of differently-abled individuals studying and training in universities, schools, and vocational centers—yet many struggle to access meaningful employment due to lack of visibility, structured data, and tailored role-matching. CodePod creates a centralized, anonymized talent database of POD candidates, capturing skills, qualifications, disability types, interests, aptitude tests, training history, and recommended work suitability using AI. Companies can easily search this talent pool using a AI tool, discovering talents they would have otherwise missed. To inspire corporate participation, CodePod introduces the Inclusion Impact Score—a government-backed rating system that rewards companies for inclusive hiring, enhancing their CSR value, public reputation, and competitiveness in government evaluations. CodePod transforms inclusion from an intention into a measurable ecosystem where technology, equality, and opportunity meet, ensuring every person’s abilities are recognized and every company can contribute to a more inclusive UAE.
