Multi-agent AI system that transforms vague client's briefs into comprehensive cost estimates in minutes instead of weeks. Uses IBM watsonx Orchestrate to coordinate specialist Game development outsourcing faces a critical bottleneck: responding to client briefs. Currently, analyzing a 2-3 sentence brief requires coordinating multiple department leads (Design, Art, Engineering, Production), scheduling meetings across timezones, asking clarifying questions clients can't answer, and compiling estimates. This process takes 2-4 weeks, often losing deals to faster competitors. Our solution uses IBM watsonx Orchestrate's multi-agent orchestration to automate this entire workflow. A Brief Coordinator agent receives the vague brief and intelligently routes it to specialist agents: • Game Design Lead - analyzes gameplay scope, mechanics, content volume, and provides full project estimates with strategic decisions • Art Lead - recommends visual styles (2D/3D, pixel/realistic) with cost trade-offs, asset breakdowns, and budget implications The key innovation: agents are PROACTIVE, not reactive. Instead of asking blocking questions, they make educated assumptions based on genre standards and provide multiple options with explicit cost comparisons. The system delivers a structured 1-page business development report in under 2 minutes, featuring budget estimates, team composition, risk assessment, development milestones, and strategic decisions clients must make before greenlight. This demonstrates watsonx Orchestrate's power for any consultancy or agency facing the "quick estimate" challenge - turning weeks of coordination into minutes of intelligent automation. Next steps: add Tech Lead Agent and Production Lead Agent; add human specialists confirmation (eg. slack DM to human GD); make agents to create a full spec, confirmed by all departments & prepare a contract;
