The problem being addressed is that some chatbots generate responses with terminologies which are difficult to understand. Moreover not many people are conversant with certain features of software of watsonx. assistant such as prompts and how to apply various software in the day to day lives. The solution is formulation of customized definitions of technological terms such as prompts which could be comprehended easily to doctors or engineers. The target audience are people who use IBM services or people who seek to use IBM technologies who have minimal knowledge of Information Technology. The unique benefits is that we design specified descriptions of definitions of terms to train a model to generate accurate responses.

Application of technology The application utilises various IBM technology such as; 1. Use of both watsonx. ai and watsonx. Assistant was integrated so as to generate comprehensive responses regarding influence of weather patterns on heath status of a user. Watsonx.ai was also used to generate text from SkillsBuild 2. Watsonx Orchestrate was used to automate data entry of climatic information from IBM ESG softwares such as the Environmental Intelligence Suite. 3. Cognos analytics was used to provide insights by use of dashboards and assistants regarding impact of environmental conditions to medical conditions such as asthma. Business value. The value is based on reduction of time for doctors who have a difficulty recommending what prescription to give their patients while taking into account environmental factors. Originality The uniqueness is integration of services from Watsonx with IBM's ESG software such as Environmental Intelligence Suite as well as use of the Cognos analytics Another creative aspect is designing detailed text files and pdf documents from IBM SkillsBuild which enables users to understand the functionality of IBM software such as Watsonx. Assistant. The problem being addressed is people with medical conditions such as asthma are severely impacted by climate change specifically regarding elevated temperature and high amounts of carbon emission. Additionally climate scientists, doctors or even pharmacists may not know how to use technology so as to assess environmental factors by use of technology. The future prospects are to have the application placed on hospitals for monitoring status of patients with respiratory conditions. Test the application performance on pharmaceutical firms so that they could assess the performance of the medications while taking into account environmental factors. Lastly, the application could be integrated to other softwares that climate scientists have such as water engineers with regard to water activities.

The project is focusing on track 3. We are optimizing resource allocation by integration open-source especially python and MySQL with AI technologies from IBM Cloud and Huawei Cloud. The problem is that schools in the public sector may not be conversant with monitoring telecommunication infrastructure such as determining signal coverage or even locating possible WI-FI faults. Additionally, their is lack of an optimization framework in underserved regions for how to use the internet. Our solution relates to creation of AI intelligence assistants together with data platforms, the goals for providing insights of factors such as predictive maintenance or performing tasks autonomously. We have created an intelligent assistant that is able to answer questions such as describing relation of signal strength, internet speed, bandwidth and reliability with having high downtime and latency. The Intelligent assistant also provides recommendations such as how to improve performance of basic telecommunication infrastructure. We are integrating open source platforms by using AI to generate new responses then taking the code used to generate the responses then placing it in open source platforms such as python or MySQL. Currently, the language being is used for the code is python, the code is obtained from Watsonx.ai which is from IBM. For asset utilization analytics i am using Cognos analytics so as to identify dormant or underused infrastructure with AI-driven tools. The AI driven tools provide narrative insights based on data uploaded in the form of excel sheets. Performance of the telecommunication infrastructure needs to be summarized into an excel document The project for last mile enhancement is designed by an application from Huawei which is called Appcube, Appcube has various features such an IoT (Internet of Things) platform that is used to simulate performance of telecommunication devices. Problem; Inability of doctors and pharmacists to either prescribe or design medications while taking into account effects of climate change. Solution: an intelligent assistant that: generates text, creates code, explains code and guides users on which appropriate Granite model to use for various tasks. Target audience: hospitals, pharmaceutical firms and organizations that focus on climate. The unique feature are integration of other IBM applications such as Cognos analytics which analyses the views of using different Granite models. We are also using data from the IBM Environmental Intelligence Suite for collecting weather data which provide insights about the climate. The benefits of the solution is that doctors would be able to make accurate prescriptions while taking into account environmental factors. Another benefit would be pharmacists would be able to offer advice on storage conditions of their medication by examining surrounding environments such as extreme heat which could affect performance of their medications. Lastly, climate scientists would have the capability of analyzing weather reports more accurately. Our project focuses on mitigating effects of climate change by use of IBM technologies such as Watsonx and Cognos analytics.
