AIPP (Autonomous AI Pair Programmer) is a multimodal AI assistant developed for the AMD Developer Hackathon. It bridges the gap between voice commands and real-world coding. By utilizing Qwen-VL for visual screen understanding and OpenAI Whisper for robust speech-to-text, the system can "see" which file a developer has open and "hear" complex coding instructions. The core innovation is the Code Injection engine, which allows the AI to autonomously modify source files at specific lines, enabling a truly hands-free development experience. The project is optimized for AMD hardware, ensuring low-latency processing for real-time pair programming.
