AI-powered Engineering Intelligence Platform — analyzes GitHub repos and generates an explainable Engineering Score, built for AMD Hackathon ACT II. Scope for this build (deliberately cut down from the full product doc): GitHub OAuth → Import Repos → AI Analysis → Engineering Score → Dashboard.
