Our work involves the development of a medical chatbot that specializes in colorectal cancer. This chatbot is designed to provide consultation and support to individuals dealing with colorectal cancer. The primary goals of the chatbot include raising awareness about it, offering instant support to patients, and reducing the risk of misinformation. It aims to harness the power of technology to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals affected. We are contributing to the broader efforts in healthcare to improve patient support, increase awareness, and enhance the overall experience of these patients. It's a commendable initiative that aligns with the evolving landscape of healthcare and technology integration.
The Zenna Conversational Chatbot project aims to create a user-friendly AI assistant using Google Vertex AI's Palm 2 Foundational model chat-bison. Zenna focuses on providing helpful and uplifting information through verbal interactions, incorporating speech-to-text and text-to-speech for natural language interactions. It utilizes TruLens evaluations and complex prompt design to ensure thoughtful responses, acknowledge knowledge gaps, and prevent unintended harm. The ultimate goal is to develop an empathetic human-like advisor through beta testing to enhance conversational abilities and emotional intelligence before public release. And a Beta feature that will also enable it to summarize website through links through the langchain technology.
