Our chatbot project is a WatsonX-powered conversational AI designed to improve healthcare services at our campus clinic. It allows students to book, confirm, and cancel appointments, access online consultations, and find clinic information through a user-friendly website. By addressing challenges like long wait times, booking confusion, and limited healthcare access, the chatbot streamlines the process, ensuring students get timely care. Key features include seamless appointment management, online consultations for minor health concerns, and detailed service information. These features reduce congestion at the clinic and simplify access to healthcare. Built with a user-first approach, the chatbot is intuitive and accessible, enabling students to engage with it effortlessly. Our project aims to create a healthier campus by integrating technology into healthcare services, fostering efficiency and accessibility.
