Wayfinder is a hybrid routing agent that intelligently distributes inference across 5 models based on task category (MATH, CODE, REASONING, FACTOID, CLASSIFICATION, SUMMARIZATION, EXTRACTION, CREATIVE, UNKNOWN). Uses Gemma 4 26B (dedicated H200) and Gemma 4 E4B (local ROCm/llama.cpp) for reasoning and creative tasks; DeepSeek V4 Pro for code; GLM 5.2 for complex reasoning. Achieves 100% accuracy at $0.002/14 prompts with 53 tests, 80% code coverage, and a pre-commit QA pipeline.
