Project Delta is an AI-powered enterprise Change & Release Management platform built to automate deployment governance workflows using intelligent AI agents and Large Language Models (LLMs). In enterprise IT environments, deployment and release processes often involve manual validation, CAB reviews, incomplete change requests, weak rollback plans, and operational risk assessment challenges. These issues can lead to failed deployments, production outages, delayed releases, and increased governance overhead. Project Delta addresses these challenges by providing an intelligent AI-assisted governance workflow for deployment and release management teams. The platform allows users to submit deployment or change requests along with target environments and rollback plans. The AI Validation Agent analyzes the request and identifies missing information, weak deployment descriptions, incomplete rollback plans, and governance gaps. The Risk Assessment Agent evaluates deployment risk based on factors such as production impact, deployment complexity, infrastructure-level changes, rollback quality, and high-risk operational keywords. Based on this analysis, the platform classifies the deployment as LOW, MEDIUM, or HIGH risk. The CAB Decision Layer then provides intelligent governance recommendations, including standard approval eligibility, release manager review, or CAB approval requirements. Additionally, the Suggestions Agent generates AI-powered recommendations to improve deployment readiness, rollback quality, and governance compliance. Project Delta was developed using Python, Streamlit, OpenAI APIs, and SQLite, with future scalability planned through AMD GPU-powered local inference, vLLM serving, and multi-agent orchestration frameworks. The goal of Project Delta is to reduce manual governance effort, improve deployment quality, minimize operational risk, and demonstrate how AI agents can transform enterprise IT operations workflows.
