It leverages a large language model (LLM) to interpret transactional data, categorize spending patterns, and generate plain-language insights—such as identifying overstocked items, recommending pricing adjustments, or highlighting cost-saving opportunities. The LLM analyzes historical sales trends to predict future cash flow challenges, and suggests inventory reorder points. It automates report generation, answers user queries in natural language (e.g., “How can I reduce overhead costs?”), and provides tailored advice on tax deductions or budget optimization. A dashboard visualizes financial health metrics, while alerts notify users of risks like low liquidity or overdue invoices. Built with secure APIs, the app integrates with accounting software and payment platforms, ensuring data privacy through encryption. Designed for small businesses, it simplifies financial decision-making by translating raw data into actionable steps. Future updates may include multi-language support and enhanced LLM-driven scenario simulations for improved forecasting accuracy.
