It serves as a 24/7 virtual assistant that can answer questions about event schedules, session details, speaker profiles, venue navigation, and networking opportunities. The system processes event documents (PDFs, images, Word files) using advanced OCR and text extraction to build its knowledge base. Attendees get instant, personalized responses through a friendly chat interface with proactive suggestions. Administrators can easily upload and manage event materials through a dedicated dashboard. The solution combines LangChain, Pinecone vector storage, and Groq's Api key and meta LLM to deliver fast, accurate, and context-aware responses while maintaining security through admin authentication.
