Core Innovation Pillars: Intelligent Contract Studio: Using AI-template logic, HR FlowAI auto-assembles legally sound, localized employment contracts based on specific regional jurisdictions. To ensure absolute accuracy and satisfy the "Human-in-the-Loop" requirement, the system requires HR approval before any document is finalized. Flow Oracle (Conversational Intelligence): We transformed dry company handbooks into a living knowledge base using Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). Employees interact with a natural language assistant that provides instant, data-rich answers regarding policies, leave balances, and benefits via a global "Cmd+K" command palette.
