These inputs are aggregated into health scores and trend charts, then passed through ML models that predict burnout risk, performance trajectory, and growth potential using four‑week windows. Gemini generates clear, privacy‑aware recommendations and team‑level insights based on these signals, focusing on aggregated patterns rather than individual surveillance. The UI connects a team overview with individual “My Pulse” views, allowing managers to select employees, review predictions, and run updates on demand. Everything is stored in PostgreSQL so insights are cached, repeatable, and ready for future analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.
