This gives job seekers clarity and confidence for growth and career planning. Job Matching Engine – BrainBridge’s AI analyzes and standardizes job postings, breaking them into structured tasks and requirements. It then compares these with each Strengths-Thrive-Map to generate a “Cognitive-Fit Score” that goes beyond keywords—matching candidates to roles where they can thrive. Employer Enablement – For organizations, BrainBridge normalizes job descriptions, identifies hidden biases, and provides insights to strengthen ND-DEI (Neurodiversity, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion) practices.
