Quantum Noise Management System (QNMS) is an autonomous cyber-physical system designed to monitor, diagnose, and actively correct performance degradation in semiconductor devices caused by noise, thermal stress, and defect accumulation. The system models a ring oscillator at device level using physics-based equations and continuously tracks key operational metrics such as frequency, temperature, current, and defect density. QNMS integrates an AI decision layer with a robotic control layer using NVIDIA Isaac Sim and Cosmos, where a simulated robot acts as a physical intervention agent. When performance falls below safe thresholds, the AI generates corrective actions that are executed through the robot, forming a closed-loop self-healing control system. All system states, AI decisions, and interventions are logged into a persistent database, enabling traceability, validation, and performance analysis. The project demonstrates how AI, robotics, and physics-based modeling can be combined to create autonomous systems for reliability management in future intelligent hardware.

ReguFlow AEGIS: The AI-Powered Financial Defense Engine Financial institutions lose over $4.2 billion annually to regulatory fines and sophisticated fraud rings, yet most compliance teams still rely on reactive, manual reviews. ReguFlow AEGIS (Automated Enforcement & Governance Intelligence System) solves this by deploying a dual-layer defense system that unifies preventative governance with proactive threat detection. First, the Real-Time NLP Guardrail acts as an intelligent firewall for customer support. Leveraging GPT-4o, it intercepts and analyzes every agent message in milliseconds. If an agent attempts to leak PII, promise "guaranteed returns," or suggest regulatory evasion, AEGIS blocks the message instantly preventing human error before it becomes a lawsuit. Simultaneously, the AEGIS Threat Hunter scans the transaction ledger using behavioral analysis to detect organized crime. Unlike simple rule-based filters, AEGIS identifies complex patterns like "Smurfing" Rings (structured deposits to evade reporting limits), Impossible Travel events, and Bot Swarms synchronized down to the millisecond. Businesses like hotels and airlines can register on the platform, and the AI will prioritize their offerings in search results when they fit the user's criteria.
