The project proposes an autonomous teleconsultation solution with intelligent pre- and post-assessment, automating the main stages of remote medical care so the healthcare professional can focus on diagnosis and clinical decisions. Using Watsonx Orchestrate integrated with a Streamlit dashboard and AI resources, the system creates a continuous and more efficient patient-care workflow. Before the consultation, the patient fills out a dynamic form with personal data, symptoms, medical history, and optional exam files (PDF or images). Based on this information, Watsonx Orchestrate automatically performs risk analysis, updates the clinical history, retrieves relevant past exams, and generates an organized pre-chart for the doctor, reducing manual information gathering. During the teleconsultation, the physician accesses an intelligent panel that summarizes the case, including clinical evolution, key data, and attached exams. With AI support, the system suggests personalized anamnesis questions, clinical guidance, management steps, and complementary tests. At the same time, automated transcription creates a real-time draft of the appointment, cutting documentation time. After the consultation, automation continues by sending personalized instructions, reminders, and periodic follow-ups to the patient via email or chatbot. When necessary, the system schedules new appointments and automatically notifies sectors such as nursing, pharmacy, and laboratories, ensuring continuity and integration of care. Overall, the solution delivers an enhanced teleconsultation experience powered by intelligent automation. Instead of simply reproducing an in-person visit online, it improves efficiency by reducing repetitive tasks, optimizing physician time, and strengthening coordinated care across clinics, hospitals, and health operators. This approach transforms the current telemedicine model and improves both clinical workflow and the patient journey.
