Nexlink is a fullstack decentralized application built on Arc Network that simplifies stablecoin usage into a single seamless experience. The platform integrates Circle CCTP V2 to enable cross-chain USDC bridging between Sepolia and Arc Testnet, allowing users to move liquidity efficiently. Beyond bridging, Nexlink introduces a built-in swap engine powered by StableFX, enabling users to convert USDC into EURC directly on Arc. This allows users to access multi-currency stablecoin flows without leaving the ecosystem. One of the key innovations of Nexlink is its implementation of HTTP-based micropayments using the x402 protocol. This enables programmable, pay-per-request interactions, unlocking new use cases such as API monetization and streaming payments. The application also includes real-time balance tracking, transaction history via ArcScan, and an integrated faucet system. By combining bridging, swapping, and micropayments into a single interface, Nexlink demonstrates how Arc can power real-world financial interactions using stablecoins as both assets and gas.

In this hybrid hackathon powered by Arc and Circle, developers will build the next generation of Agentic economic applications using Circle’s Nanopayments infrastructure with settlement on Arc in USDC. For the first time, high-frequency, usage-based transactions between users, APIs, and AI agents can operate without gas overhead eroding margin.
