The platform continuously scrapes funding news from Inc42, YourStory, Entrackr, Crunchbase, and Google News, then uses IBM Watsonx Granite to intelligently score each startup as a hiring opportunity — factoring in funding size, round type, sector growth signals, and IBM Watson NLU sentiment analysis on the funding article itself. Once a candidate uploads their CV, the platform's AI scorer (powered by IBM Watsonx) analyses it against the startup's sector and role requirements, returning a detailed breakdown of skills match, project strength, and academic fit along with specific improvement suggestions. From there, a single click generates a fully personalised cold outreach email tailored to that specific startup's funding context, mission, and the candidate's unique profile. The IBM Watsonx-powered Co-Pilot chat lets users ask natural language questions — "Which startup should I apply to first?" or "How do I improve my CV for a FinTech role?" — and get intelligent, context-aware answers. Every startup card includes an IBM Text-to-Speech audio summary, and voice input via IBM Speech-to-Text lets users interact with the co-pilot hands-free. All data is persisted in IBM Cloudant as the primary database, with CV files stored securely in IBM Cloud Object Storage.
