Navigating complex schedules, finding specific details, and making connections is challenging, impacting both attendee experience and organizer goals. ConductorConnect AI by Code AI Forge solves this. It's an intelligent event companion that acts as a responsive, personal assistant, providing immediate, accurate, and tailored information to user queries. Our solution maximizes attendee engagement and satisfaction while boosting organizational efficiency. At its core, ConductorConnect AI leverages a powerful Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architecture. Our AI agent is expertly orchestrated by NativelyAI's Conductor development platform, which intelligently processes natural language queries. Conductor efficiently retrieves the most relevant information from a comprehensive, pre-curated knowledge base (event schedules, speakers, venue maps, FAQs). Responses are generated with lightning speed thanks to the Groq API, powering our integrated Llama 3 model (accessed via OpenRouter). This robust combination ensures accuracy, conversational fluency, and near real-time interaction. Our prototype demonstrates instant information retrieval, allowing users to quickly get answers about agendas, speakers, or booth locations.
