Network Analyzer is an AI-driven network monitoring and analysis platform designed to simplify real-time packet inspection, anomaly detection, and incident diagnosis. The system captures live traffic or ingests PCAP/JSON files, extracts protocol-level metrics using automated agents, and applies intelligent reasoning to identify bottlenecks, unusual network behavior, latency spikes, and potential security anomalies. Using CrewAI-powered agent, the platform understands natural language queries and automatically chooses the appropriate tool—PCAP parser, JSON analytics module, or InfluxDB historical query engine. This enables users to ask questions such as ‘Find TCP retransmission patterns’, ‘Analyze last 5 minutes for anomalies’, or ‘Summarize traffic behavior in this PCAP’ and receive structured, actionable insights. The application includes a built-in Grafana dashboard (embedded directly into Streamlit) for real-time visualization of flow metrics, bandwidth utilization, protocol distribution, and anomaly timelines. This combination of AI analysis + time-series visualization enables faster troubleshooting and operational clarity. The project is designed for NOC teams, cybersecurity analysts, and network engineers who need intelligent automation without deep manual packet inspection. It integrates AIML API / GPT models, InfluxDB, Dockerized Grafana, Scapy, and automated CrewAI agent to deliver a next-generation network analytics tool.
