Agentic Delivery Lab is a coordination workspace for AI agent teams. Today, many specialists use AI agents in isolation: one agent in an IDE, another in chat, another in deployment, another for documents or QA. Agentic Delivery Lab brings that work into one shared product workspace, similar to how Jira centralizes human delivery work. A user can describe or dictate a product idea, and the platform coordinates specialized agents for business analysis, solution design, delivery planning, implementation, quality review, publishing, and final reporting. Instead of hiding work inside separate chats, the system shows a clear delivery board, agent activity, project history, reports, artifacts, showcase projects, provider settings, and business-friendly outcomes. The current prototype focuses on software demo delivery. Gemini supports planning and request formatting, Speechmatics powers real-time voice input, and Codex handles build execution. The platform demonstrates an agent-driven workflow that responds to user input, coordinates multiple agent roles, recovers from issues, and produces usable results with clear reports. The broader vision is an operating layer for agentic work: a place where companies can manage AI agents, connect them to delivery tools, inspect their decisions, control model/provider usage, and turn scattered AI assistance into coordinated business execution.
