RepoLens Mobile is an Android-first repository intelligence visualizer powered by IBM Bob. It helps developers understand complex Android codebases faster by turning Bob-generated repository analysis into an interactive Material 3 mobile experience. IBM Bob is used as the core analysis engine: it analyzes an Android project and produces a structured JSON report covering architecture, modules, features, dependency injection, UI structure, concurrency, testing gaps, risks, recommendations, action items, and PR readiness. RepoLens Mobile parses that report and presents it as compact, clickable dashboards and detail screens. Developers can explore architecture layers, feature boundaries, risk areas, missing tests, smart recommendations, and practical next steps. The mobile format is intentional: RepoLens can be used anywhere — during onboarding, code review preparation, team discussions, quick project health checks, or even away from the desk when a developer wants a lightweight overview of a codebase. It does not replace the IDE, but acts as a focused companion for understanding repository structure quickly. The project focuses specifically on Android because mobile codebases have unique complexity: Compose UI, ViewModels, navigation, DI, coroutines, background work, and testing patterns. RepoLens helps teams onboard faster, reduce discovery time, identify risks earlier, and prepare higher-quality pull requests.
