Powered by Groq's lightning-fast inference engine running Llama 3.1, the agent retrieves the most relevant documentation using TF-IDF and cosine similarity, then generates accurate grounded responses — completely eliminating hallucination by anchoring every answer to real support documentation. The system automatically detects the company from ticket context, classifies request type and product area, and intelligently decides whether to reply or escalate — routing sensitive cases like fraud, billing disputes, and identity theft directly to human agents.
