Threadline is a contextual engineering intelligence platform designed to help software teams understand the history, reasoning, and operational impact behind project decisions. By connecting incidents, deployments, architecture changes, system dependencies, and team activity into one interactive workspace, Threadline reduces context loss across the software development lifecycle. The platform enables engineers to investigate incidents faster, trace cascading failures, analyze operational risk, and retrieve historical engineering knowledge through an intelligent contextual workflow. Built as a prototype for the IBM Bob Hackathon, Threadline demonstrates how AI-enhanced contextual awareness can improve software development and operational decision-making.
