IntegrationOps AI is an autonomous AI-powered observability and incident resolution platform designed for SAP CPI enterprise integrations. Enterprise integration failures in SAP CPI are often difficult to diagnose, requiring engineers to manually analyze runtime logs, inspect iFlows, and correlate configuration artifacts, leading to increased mean time to resolution (MTTR). IntegrationOps AI automates this process through an AI-driven incident investigation pipeline purpose-built for SAP CPI environments. The system continuously monitors CPI runtime failures and detects failed integration messages. Once an incident is identified, it retrieves relevant contextual information such as iFlow metadata, runtime logs, and configuration details via SAP CPI APIs. This structured context is then passed to a Large Language Model (LLM) to generate root cause analysis, severity classification, confidence scoring, and actionable remediation recommendations. The platform also simulates enterprise workflows by generating mock Jira tickets, email notifications, and incident summaries to demonstrate end-to-end operational automation. IntegrationOps AI transforms SAP CPI troubleshooting from manual reactive debugging into an autonomous AI-assisted operational intelligence system.
