Godspeed is an open-source, agentic RAG platform built for engineering teams whose knowledge is scattered across disconnected tools and getting harder to trust as the team scales. At its core, Godspeed unifies documents from Notion, Confluence, GitHub, Jira, and PDFs into a single intelligent knowledge engine. It retrieves answers using a multi-layered hybrid search system that combines semantic understanding with exact keyword matching, then validates every answer through an adversarial two-agent process before it reaches the user — ensuring no hallucination ever ships. Beyond answering questions, Godspeed builds a live knowledge graph from every ingested document, mapping relationships between services, libraries, teams, and incidents, and visualising them in real time as queries resolve. An analytics layer logs every interaction and continuously improves retrieval quality over time — the more the team uses it, the smarter it gets. Proactive anomaly detection forecasts when documentation is going stale or when a dependency is at risk, surfacing signals before they become incidents. Everything runs locally. PII masking happens on-device before any data is stored, making Godspeed the only architecturally compliant option under India's DPDP Act, Singapore's PDPA, and GDPR — with no data ever leaving the organisation's network.
