Token-Efficient Routing Agent

A routing agent that solves all 8 Track 1 categories at minimal Fireworks cost. Deterministic Python and a local Qwen 3B handle most tasks for 0 tokens. Only logic puzzles and code escalate to minimax-m3 and kimi-k2p7-code.
