I am an IT Support & Network Engineer with a growing specialization in cybersecurity and ethical hacking, currently undergoing professional training in penetration testing through Cisco NetAcad and other industry-recognized programs. My experience spans technical support, network configuration, and implementing secure IT solutions, with a proven ability to troubleshoot complex issues, maintain uptime, and deliver excellent user experiences. I’ve worked with diverse environments, from configuring and managing switches, routers, and firewalls to installing secure Wi-Fi systems, access control solutions, and endpoint protection.
