PennyPilot is a spend-control card for AI finance agents. It lets an agent buy small paid data proofs, such as KYB, sanctions, invoice, risk, FX, and identity checks, while staying inside a strict user-defined USDC budget and per-call spending cap. The project uses Circle Gateway x402 for sub-cent payments and Arc Testnet for transparent on-chain receipt anchoring Instead of asking the user to approve every tiny proof separately, PennyPilot supports a batch flow: the user selects how many proofs the agent may purchase, signs one payment authorization, and the app records provider-signed receipts for the full batch. This creates a practical payment pattern for AI agents that need to make many small autonomous purchasing decisions PennyPilot demonstrates why nano-payments matter: each paid action is below $0.01, making traditional card or subscription flows too expensive and too slow
