
Unified AI Ops is an autonomous multi-agent engineering intelligence platform designed to accelerate enterprise software development, legacy modernization, and operational workflows using IBM watsonx and IBM BOB. Modern engineering teams spend significant time analyzing repositories, understanding architectures, debugging systems, generating documentation, modernizing legacy applications, and coordinating deployments across fragmented tools. Existing AI coding assistants mainly focus on isolated code suggestions and lack deep workflow orchestration and repository-level intelligence. To solve this, we built a coordinated AI system capable of repository analysis, architecture reasoning, modernization planning, deployment generation, operational diagnostics, and AI-assisted workflow automation through specialized agents. The platform uses multiple AI agents responsible for: repository understanding architecture analysis code transformation deployment generation testing support operational monitoring workflow orchestration IBM watsonx.ai powers intelligent reasoning while IBM BOB accelerates repository understanding, code assistance, automated transformations, and engineering workflows.
