I am a Senior Business Analyst with more than 10 years of experience in the software industry, specializing in requirements analysis, business process mapping and modelling, agile methodologies, and .NET development. I have a MCIT scholarship and two MCTS certifications that demonstrate my technical skills and knowledge. As a co-founder and product owner of Merlin Education, I have created online learning platforms that are interactive, personalized, and accessible for thousands of students and teachers. At Asgatech, my current company, I work with stakeholders, developers, and testers to deliver high-quality software solutions for various industries, such as E-learning, Healthcare, Manufacturing, Financial and Project Management Systems, CRM and ERP systems.
