I started my career in application support—but I never saw it as just resolving tickets. For me, it was always about understanding why systems behave the way they do… and how they can be improved. Over the years, I’ve worked on enterprise SaaS platforms, CRM tools, and BI/data environments—handling L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting complex issues, and working closely with global customers and engineering teams. I’ve learned that real systems don’t fail in clean, predictable ways. They fail in messy, interconnected layers. And that’s where I do my best work—breaking problems down, finding root causes, and driving resolution with clarity. Recently, I’ve been expanding into AI and automation. Not just learning—but applying. I work with Python, APIs, and local LLM workflows to build practical tools that solve real problems. Currently, I’m building a local-first AI content studio: Runs on local models (no cloud dependency) Focused on privacy and control Designed as a system—not just a prompt wrapper Because I don’t just want to use AI tools. I want to understand and shape how they work.
