The idea is to use AI as an intermediary between a patient and a doctor. There will be an LLM trained and finetuned to be able to understand different types of diseases and their therapeutic approaches. Now, the LLM can access a database with patients information and history of treatment. Lets say a diabetic patient. Therefore, once a patient puts in a query, like, their blood sugar has been abnormal for a couple of days and puts in the actual readings, the LLM will suggest an actual therapeutic plan for the patient to follow and send that plan to the doctor for review. The doctor will then be able to see the patients query as well as the LLMs therapeutic suggestion and then if satisfactory, they can send it as a response straight to their patient. The doctor will also have the power to adjust or edit findings of the LLM if they are not entirely correct and send a well polished response. This will help entirely with the chronic disease or lifetime disease management for diseases such as diabetes because the patients do not entirely need to visit a doctor physically if they already have a file with them and they are far from the doctor.
