Modern product teams constantly discuss bugs, features, ideas, and feedback inside chat platforms like WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, and internal threads. However, these high-value product signals get buried in noise, making manual triage slow, repetitive, and error-prone. Prism is a production-minded AI Product Signal Agent built on Complete.dev that continuously ingests messy team conversations and transforms them into structured, actionable outputs. Instead of simple summarization, Prism uses a product knowledge base and contextual understanding of the codebase to intelligently classify messages into Issues, Features, Ideas, and Marketing signals while filtering irrelevant chatter. The system orchestrates multiple AI agents in sequence: a classifier agent detects relevance and priority, an interpreter agent structures requirements and acceptance criteria, and a planning agent generates execution-ready artifacts like implementation plans, testing checklists, and documentation. A human-in-the-loop checkpoint ensures quality and control before final outputs. During the hackathon, we built a fully working pipeline that supports multi-format chat ingestion (Discord exports, text, and structured logs), real-time signal classification, a workspace board for structured triage, and an issue builder that converts raw conversations into downloadable technical plans. Prism’s core innovation is context-aware signal intelligence — it doesn’t just read messages, it understands them in relation to the product itself. The long-term vision is to integrate live WhatsApp, Slack, and Discord bots that act as always-on product observers, ensuring no critical signal is ever lost in chat history again.

Making reels is a headache for most marketing teams. Agencies charges more than $100+ per reel, and the process - ideation, shooting, editing - takes days and some time weeks. Even in-house setups end up costing tens of thousands each year, putting consistent content out of reach for smaller teams. Our product flips this model. Instead of expensive shoots and edits, we use ChatGPT-5 and the AI ecosystem to generate high-quality reels directly from a brand’s product page. Share the URL, and within minutes you’ve got a ready-to-post video. At $5 per reel which is atleast 20x cheaper than traditional methods.

The AI-Powered Therapy Progress Tracker revolutionizes mental health care by bridging the gap between therapy sessions with real-time data, insights, and progress visualization. This solution leverages cutting-edge technologies to streamline the patient-therapist interaction, enabling therapists to measure progress and identify critical patterns objectively. This workflow integrates multiple advanced tools and APIs to handle voice logs, text transcriptions, emotion recognition, and therapy goal assessments, ensuring a seamless experience for both therapists and clients. 1. Therapist Therapists play a vital role in the therapy process but often struggle with fragmented and incomplete data about their patients. Through the platform: • Therapists upload session recordings, which are analyzed for meaningful insights. • They review weekly summaries, patient progress, and emotion analysis to refine therapy plans. • With real-time updates, they gain a clear understanding of each patient’s journey between sessions. 2. Client (Patient) Patients often face challenges logging their emotions, triggers, and responses daily. Unlike conventional insurance websites, we take a bottom-up approach. Instead of simply presenting a list of policies, we engage users by asking them why they need insurance. Based on their responses, the AI intelligently suggests tailored insurance plans that fit their specific needs, whether it's life cover, health, or wealth management. The core idea of this project is to create an AI agent that isn’t just reactive but proactive in guiding users through their insurance journey. It’s an intelligent assistant that understands life circumstances and financial situations, allowing it to offer precise, actionable suggestions. This approach transforms the way insurance is delivered – from a complex web of choices to a smooth, intuitive conversation.

The Marketing Creative Generator is an AI-driven tool designed for SMB entrepreneurs, enabling them to create impactful marketing content without the high costs typically associated with traditional advertising. By analyzing the user’s requirements and conducting competitive research within their category, it suggests multiple creative ideas for posts and ads tailored to the specific product. This tool lets users generate, refine, and schedule ad content quickly, making it possible to run multiple marketing iterations with a fraction of the time and budget, creating a smart, scalable alternative to conventional marketing expenses.

Our project, developed by Team Avjo, is designed to tackle the high costs and inefficiencies faced in content creation for marketing. By leveraging the ARIA and Allegro models from Rhymes AI, we provide a solution that generates high-quality marketing videos at a fraction of the typical expense. Currently, businesses often spend around $4000 monthly on content creation, but with our tool, this cost is reduced to just $100, enabling small and medium-sized businesses to access the same level of quality marketing that larger enterprises can afford. This AI-driven platform optimizes content creation with advanced algorithms that understand industry requirements, brand alignment, and target audience engagement. Our goal is not just to reduce costs but also to make dynamic, compelling marketing content readily accessible to companies looking to streamline their marketing strategies and expand their reach without excessive financial strain.

Our project, SOS.ai, aims to significantly reduce the response time for users facing scam calls and improve the Net Promoter Score (NPS). The solution targets scenarios such as the FedEx scam, where scammers impersonate FedEx employees and claim that a parcel containing illegal drugs, allegedly sent by the victim, needs to be reported. When the victim denies sending any parcel, the scammers instruct them to contact police officials, who are also part of the scam. These fake officials then convince the victim to transfer money, claiming their bank account is insecure and promising to return the money within 30 minutes. Once the victim agrees and shares their details, the scammers disappear. In India alone, the FedEx scam has resulted in a loss of ₹120 Crores. Our hypothesis is that timely awareness and intervention could prevent many such incidents. SOS.ai aims to provide immediate assistance and awareness, potentially saving victims from falling prey to these scams and reducing financial losses.
