I'm a software engineer with 4 years of experience. I have worked on a security product for developers, infrastructure for ML team, and a fintech product. I'm looking to learn more about startups, connect with people, and try out new technologies through the hackathons.
Learning the rules for the game of golf can be daunting. There are lots of rules out there, which can be overwhelming for beginners. This project creates a chat interface to let people learn more about the rules by asking questions. The USGA (United States Golf Association) rules will be used as reference. Users can ask questions about common situations such as: what should I do when I cannot find my ball, or how many stroke penalty do I get for hitting out of bounds. They will then see a generated response for the question along with references from the USGA rule book. They will also see a score next to each reference to indicate how closely aligned the generated response is to each of them.
