The Preventive Health Intelligence System is designed to transform raw fragmented health data into actionable insights supporting proactive public health decision making. The system integrates a variety of data sources, including medical records, pharmaceutical usage, health surveys, and environmental indicators, and standardizes them into a unified structure. With all personally identifiable information removed, data is then categorized by region and subjected to a regional risk matrix analysis for the detection of emerging health threats and priority areas. These insights form the basis for automatically generating regional forecasts, targeted intervention plans, and public health alerts to guide preventive action. The system generates compliance and risk summary reports that are subject to human validation before dissemination. This system integrates automation, data intelligence, and human judgment to empower every organization to monitor health risks, facilitate early response, and strengthen strategies in preventive healthcare in regions.
