TrustGrid is a trustless multi-agent AI trading intelligence layer built on the ERC-8004 standard. A LangGraph-orchestrated pipeline of specialized agents — Analyst, Risk Manager, Executor, and Validator — analyzes markets and trades crypto via Kraken CLI. Every single decision, including holds, is cryptographically signed and committed on-chain using EIP-712 TradeIntents and per-tick checkpoints. The LLM's full reasoning is hashed and stored on-chain, making it tamper-evident and independently verifiable. Hard-coded risk rules — $500 per-trade cap, 5% max drawdown, 10 trades per hour — are enforced on-chain via the RiskRouter smart contract and can never be overridden by AI. Five smart contracts (AgentRegistry, RiskRouter, HackathonVault, ReputationRegistry, ValidationRegistry) deployed on Sepolia form the complete ERC-8004 identity pattern with a two-wallet architecture separating operator and agent keys. A real-time Next.js dashboard with TradingView charts, P&L analytics, equity curves, and a full checkpoint audit trail provides complete transparency. On-chain reputation scoring tracks agent performance from actual trade outcomes. Built with Python, Solidity, Claude Sonnet, PRISM API, and Kraken CLI for the lablab.ai × Surge × Kraken AI Trading Agents Hackathon.
