Welcome to a new realm of possibilities in urban planning. In Kosovo's urban landscape, public feedback often highlights issues in need of immediate attention, from infrastructure to sanitation. Our project tackles this by using a comprehensive AI-powered approach: we’ve scraped and cleaned public complaint data from FixMyStreet, translated the text, and developed a classifier that categorizes complaints into ten key severity levels. Leveraging an LLM agent, we generate detailed image descriptions for visual context and assessed each complaint’s severity. The tool is presented in an intuitive Streamlit app, offering two key features: a dashboard with complaint trends by municipality, catagory and time, using python visuals, and a Q&A tab for interactive exploration. This project provides Kosovo’s urban planners with actionable insights and prioritization to address pressing urban issues more effectively.
