Every organization has a blind spot: the people who propose a strategy are the same ones who defend it. Red teaming has existed for decades in military and cybersecurity, but has never been applied systematically to everyday business decisions. Until now. RedTeam is a web-based enterprise AI multi-agent system that stress-tests strategic decisions from the inside. Unlike due diligence tools that analyze companies externally, RedTeam is built for internal decision-makers who need to find the flaws in their own plans before executing them. How it works Upload a strategic document: business plan, IPO prospectus, market entry proposal. The system can access to internal company context via integrations (Salesforce, Confluence, Notion, Google etc.). Google ADK orchestrates five adversarial agents running in parallel (by default, but you can create your own expert team), each attacking from a distinct angle: the CFO Agent hunts financial inconsistencies and invented metrics; the Market Agent exposes weak demand assumptions and missing moats; the Legal Agent surfaces conflicts of interest and governance failures; the Competitor Agent argues why existing players already win (it has access to websearch and to internal competitive analysis); the Execution Agent identifies why this specific organization cannot execute this specific plan. A Synthesis Agent aggregates findings, scores severity, and delivers a verdict — Proceed, Caution, or Do Not Proceed — with the three questions the team must answer before moving forward. The WeWork demo In 90 seconds, RedTeam flags WeWork's fabricated EBITDA metric, the $13.9B lease gap, Neumann's trademark self-dealing, and the structural insolvency in any recession scenario. The same vulnerabilities that took Wall Street weeks to surface publicly. WeWork went from $47B to bankruptcy. RedTeam would have flagged it before the filing.
