Paxis is a two-sided EU compliance platform built on a simple insight: enterprises must report their Scope 3 supply chain emissions under CSRD, but can't, because their suppliers have no tooling to respond. Enterprises use Paxis to manage their supplier network, dispatch CSRD questionnaires, track Scope 3 aggregates, and generate audit-ready ESRS reports. An AI agent pipeline handles the heavy lifting: it reads incoming questionnaire responses, extracts carbon figures from energy bills using multimodal vision, classifies AI systems against EU AI Act risk tiers, and assembles the final ESRS 2 + E1 report — all running in the background with every action written to an immutable audit log. Suppliers get the platform for free. They maintain a carbon ledger (Scope 1 & 2), an EU AI Act inventory, and respond to questionnaires — with an embedded AI assistant that knows their live data and can walk them through exactly what each field requires. There's also an MCP server so suppliers can connect Claude Desktop or Cursor directly to their compliance data. The supplier CAC is zero. Enterprises onboard their own supply chains, so every new enterprise deal brings in an entire supplier network. The more suppliers are on the platform, the more enterprises need it to hit their Scope 3 reporting obligations — and vice versa.
