Using Gemini 2.0 Flash function calling, Jarvis decides when to pay other AI agents for data and services — then executes real USDC nanopayments onchain through Circle Wallets, with every transaction settling on Arc in ~2 seconds. The core insight: agent-to-agent commerce requires sub-cent transactions. On Ethereum mainnet, gas costs ~$3 per transaction — 3000x the value of a $0.001 micropayment, making the business model impossible. On Arc with Circle Nanopayments, gas is ~$0.0001, giving a 90% net margin. This is the only stack where agentic commerce actually works economically. The demo runs 55 real onchain confirmed transactions at $0.001 USDC each, across 3 specialized seller agents (news, market data, AI compute). Jarvis acts as the buyer agent — voice-triggered, Gemini-reasoned, Circle-settled. A Vyper smart contract (payment_router.vy) handles batch payments on Arc. The full voice loop runs: Whisper STT → Gemini reasoning → Circle transfer → Arc confirmation → Kokoro TTS response. No human in the loop at payment time. All 55 transactions are verifiable in Circle Console with real TX hashes.
