I, started my career as a Field Service Technician, sharpening my skills in high-voltage equipment and obtaining valuable insights into safety, quality, and efficiency. Always driven to learn and grow, I advanced to the role of Field Service Supervisor & Tester, where I excelled in leading teams, ensuring top-quality work, and optimizing productivity. As Operations Manager-US Southeast for a National Field Service Company, I continued to develop, overseeing hundreds of projects annually and mentoring numerous professionals to help them achieve their potential. Fueled by my passion for business process improvements, I launched the Continuous Improvement Department, a groundbreaking initiative in the industry. This led me to collaborate closely with developers to create a custom Field Services Quote to Cash Solution, leveraging the power of data and providing the right nudge for business growth. My leadership and vision enabled me to manage the merger and alignment of business units, resulting in a shared services model. Through trial and error, I learned the complexities of business politics, applying these lessons to future acquisitions and fostering the growth of synergies. While leading the Process Management Office, I oversaw the implementation of an end-to-end technology stack replacement, learning process design, and organizational change management from industry experts. However, I found myself longing for the hands-on work with developers that had ignited my passion for innovation. To address this, I launched ScribbleSoft, a venture that combines my decades of business management expertise with cutting-edge technology to develop AI-enabled tools for businesses. Follow me, Brian Baskin (@Bscribble1350), on Twitter to stay updated on how ScribbleSoft is revolutionizing the way businesses operate, and join me on my journey to create #Synergybridge
I’d Call DOGE is a creative and innovative solution designed to tackle inefficiency within organizations, particularly large bureaucratic systems like government departments. At its core, it’s a voice AI-powered assistant that conducts structured interviews with employees, subject matter experts, or contributors to: Understand their roles and responsibilities. Identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and redundancies in processes. Highlight valuable contributions and ideas for improvement. Encourage employees to share actionable insights for streamlining operations. The interviews use a mix of structured, thought-provoking questions and conversational prompts to engage participants, capturing their unique perspectives in a way that feels approachable and non-intimidating. It transforms this qualitative data into reports, recommendations, and visualizations that organizations can act upon.
